Mary K. Murphy offers a fresh view on this unprecedented market, with drive, tenacity, and focus that gets the job done efficiently and promptly while providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience that sets her apart.  After graduating from Western Carolina University with honors, her BFA promotes her creative and unique solutions that help her clients stand out above the rest. Raising four amazing children produced compassionate listening skills to truly hear her clients' needs and desires, complimented by the patience and wisdom to successfully determine what needs to be accomplished and how to get it done. Her past business involvement with interior design, construction, and her personal real estate investments lend to her experience and compassionate council for putting clients in a position of strength for success.  Mary's experience in education as a teacher of English as a second language, including locally at First Flight High School, has included studying deeply the psychology behind communication. This especially gives her an edge in negotiation for offers and writing eloquent listing descriptions for optimal outcomes in a competitive real estate environment.  Over the years, her heart has been for everyone to have a home and she has helped lead teams to Central America on construction and humanitarian efforts, helping to provide dozens of homes for widows and families in Guatemala and Costa Rica. She passionately commits herself to the belief that everyone should have somewhere to call their own.
